Ms. Clementi has recently formed Clementi Environmental Consulting, LLC for which she is the Principal and Manager and is an associate of HEA. Rosanne was a co-founder of Southeast Environmental Solutions, Inc. established in January 1995, with 15 years of experience as its President and Principal. She has 35 years of experience in environmental consulting which includes wetland resource permitting including Florida UMAM and Federal WRAP, wetland delineations, wetland/upland planning assessments, lake and pond management, threatened and endangered species surveys, gopher tortoise relocations, wetland mitigation design, mitigation construction inspections, wetland creation, wetland monitoring and maintenance and Phase I ESA. Areas of expertise include wetland ecology and biology, UMAM assessments, photogrammetry, wetland resource permitting (ERP), stormwater treatment design and permitting, mitigation design and implementation, and permit compliance inspections and reports; U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (COE) and Florida Department of Environmental Protection (DEP) permitting criteria; Water Management District surface water permitting (including the use of wetlands for stormwater treatment); Pinellas County Department of Environmental Management (PCDEM) permitting criteria; Environmental Protection Commission (EPC) of Hillsborough County wetland ordinance development criteria; and Georgia Department of Natural Resources permitting criteria; interpretation of the rules of environmental regulatory agencies, and expert analysis and testimony for litigation in cases involving wetland or listed species issues such as eminent domain proceedings.
